Dear Artistic Arbor Gardens, Inc.,

I am writing this letter to thank you for the excellent service your company provided me. On the morning of January 21st, I looked at one of my enormous Aleppo pine trees and realized that it had suffered from the intense winds and rain of the day before. It was in the process of uprooting from the soil.

I frantically ran back inside and looked in the phone directory of the San Diego Better Business bureau to look for a reputable company who might be able to help me. I saw your company’s advertisement and immediately called explaining my situation. You advised me that you would be able to send someone out to help within a few hours. As I waited I heard a “swishy” sound which turned out to be the sound of my tree coming completely out of the ground. It had fallen, covering the entire street and coming to the rest on my neighbor’s tree across the street. I immediately called your company again, and you sent Amanda to assess the situation. She arrived within fifteen minutes. She dispatched a work crew with the necessary tools to remove my tree. They arrived within the hour. Since the entire street had been blocked by my fallen tree, it was of the utmost urgency to remove it so that no cars or pedestrians would be impeded. A few hours later the storm began again, and after removing debris that blocked the street, Amanda explained that the crew would need to return after the rain stopped to finish the job. They cut back the broken limbs of my neighbor also. I had the crew do a “safety balance” cut on my remaining pine trees as well as some other trees in my yard. The trimming of the trees was beautifully done. I feel secure that I will not lose any other trees in the next storm predicted to hit soon.

The kindness, promptness and excellence of the work your company provided me are very much appreciated. I was able to give your name and a recommendation to at least two of my neighbors. Thanks so much. I look forward to having your company do any tree services I may need in the future.
